Point 5: I come to this website because I don’t want to deal with SJW propaganda and non-gaming news articles while I’m searching for gaming material. The actions of certain “bad” individuals does not necessarily indicate that the company itself is “bad.” If a mailman lays a big turd on your front porch as he is delivering the mail, that does not invalidate the validity of the information found within the mail being delivered, nor should those working behind the scenes suffer because of one idiot’s stupidity. People who do bad things (which are proven out in court) should be held accountable, and not the organization as a whole. Point 4: Games should be judged based upon how well they work and not how good or bad someone is who delivered it. ![]() By posting those links to this page, as a gaming website you are literally cutting your own metaphorical throats. If games like Diablo fail, other companies will take notice and be less willing to take risks on future game development. Point 3: Using cancel culture mechanisms against a game development company stifles future game development across the industry. You are literally taking money out of those workers pockets, the majority of which have nothing to do with the allegations, if said allegations are even true (which has not been proven in a court of law). Point 2: Inviting people to review allegations made against a company before making a purchasing decision is not fair to those in the rest of the company who have had nothing to do with the allegations. Due process must win out in all situations, regardless of appearances. ![]() While it may feel good to try Blizzard in the court of public opinion, it is unfair to them to do so without giving them their full day in court. It is wrong to believe everyone at face value without finding out the proof of what happened. Point 1: Allegations are just that, Allegations. ![]()
